QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Urban routes in North America often include slopes. A dual-motor scooter provides stronger hill-climbing support than a single-motor setup. On flat ground, you can switch to single-motor mode to reduce power use.
The scooter combines metal frame components with replaceable electronic parts. Under normal riding without falls or collisions, frame components rarely fail. If a controller, dashboard, light or another electronic component develops a fault, the affected part can usually be replaced.
Most TTSCOOTER scooters are rated IPX5 or higher and can withstand rain splashes. For rider safety, avoid riding in the rain. Do not park or leave the scooter in standing water.
Tires and brakes are wear items. We recommend checking them regularly, replacing brake pads after about 310miles of riding and replacing tires after about 375–500miles, or sooner if inspection shows excessive wear or damage.
No. TTSCOOTER products are personal transport devices for adults and should not be used by minors.
