12-Month Limited Warranty
This policy is effective as of Jan 1st, 2024.

The warranty is automatically registered from the date the customer receives their e-scooter. During the warranty period, if you encounter any issues related to the construction or mechanical features of your TT eScooter, please contact info@hyritt.com to initiate a warranty claim. Our support team will assist in diagnosing the issue and finding the best resolution to ensure your scooter operates properly.

If any damage occurs due to part quality issues, TT Scooter will provide the necessary replacement parts along with detailed instructions for safe installation.
